Was it really expensive to go there? The food looks really good, I’m confused on how they charge you per set of dumplings.

They used to push cart, now I think they do orders. There is a tab that they use per table to keep the count. It’s more expensive than some of the smaller chinese restaurants, but not too bad since chinese food are generally more affordable than other kinds~

I was huggin you with my eyes open :3 😂 Great vid! I’m so conflicted regarding the city I want to settle down. I’ve been considering Houston for a long time though.

Thank you! Houston is a great city!! It has soooo many great restaurants! The traffic jam kinda sucks tho…

@@MsMinglifestyle That’s one of the major factors for me 😅 Lots of places to eat. I’ve lived in a stagnant and boring small town for a decent portion of my life so I need a change of pace.

Looks like Houston has a large Chinese population! In NY & NJ, the Chinese community is spread out. I like that the chinese stores are in shopping centers.

Yess! I love Houston Chinatown! They are opening more places in other places too. Would love to try them out. It’s hard to find parking in that shopping plaza tho ~

Ocean Palace is set in a beautiful Chinese style place. Creators all love to do dim sum lunch KZbin videos, but not dinner videos. I guess the restaurants' owners prefer creators do dim sum videos. Most dim sum restaurants are big restaurants regardless of what state they are in.
@MsMinglifestyle3 жыл бұрын
Oh it’s cuz dim sum is brunch for us. Chinese people usually don’t eat dim sum for dinner haha

Texas has the worst roads for traffic. Makes no sense, maybe if we still road horses it would. "California my Texas roads please" but nothing else.

Yea! Especially in Houston! I don’t know why it is so bad ALL the time :(
