Doesn’t matter how many perfumes I own I always go back to Dior. Midnight & Tender Poison were my favourites. Dioressence I love hope they don’t discontinue it or Addict or Pure Poison. Very happy you found that box Soki 🩵

Dior is notorious for discontinuing some gems. I’m bummed I never got a chance to try Dior midnight poison. Apparently it’s comparable to ysl elle which is also discontinued but easier to find.

Face of Miss Dior Cherie was Elvis Presley’s first granddaughter Riley Keough. She is the sole trustee of Elvis’ estate now. Great choice, Dior!! I own 10 poisons, all the Miss Diors, 4 Jadores, Dune and Dolce vita, etc in my huge collection, but I keep on watching your videos anyway:)) Thank you, Soki!! Love Dior perfumes. They have made some bangers over the years. Tender Poison was my signature scent as a kid in the 90s. Actually really loving the new Miss Dior, though I don’t care for the fabric bow they’ve chosen.

Absolutely Blooming is my absolute favorite, I was able to snag a 3.4 oz bottle that I will use sparingly over the years to make it last. It's so annoying they're constantly reformulating. I miss the old Miss Dior Cherie too.

Miss Dior Cherie and Midnight Poison are some that I miss the most, and it is such a shame they were discontinued, especially Midnight Poison (and I'm not even a big fan of patchouli).

I have a question about discontinued perfumes in general. How does one get information on perfumes which are scheduled to be discontinued? Do the companies post it on their websites or send out press releases? The only reliable source about perfumes which are going to be discontinued has be you! (Ta for that btw!) My daughter-in-law uses Poison Girl and on some perfume forums people were saying it was going to be discontinued. But, I haven’t heard anything official. My favourite Diors are: J'Adore Infinissime Pure Poison Plus I have Miss Dior Rose N'Roses I blind-bought Dior Addict based on its notes, but it didn’t sit well with me. I am tempted to try Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet (2023) because of the sweet pea note.

I'm relieved that you've found your older Dior perfumes! I'll be sad too if you do. I think there is still Absolutely Blooming sold here in the Philippines. I was able to smell one in their counter last year. The perfume lines available here, as far as I know, are from Miss Dior and J'adore lines primarily so I never knew what the Poison line smelt like. It's just a shame that they're putting all their eggs in the East Asian markets because some other people prefer stronger, longer lasting scents.

I still have my bottle of Miss Dior Cherie. I also bought a bottle of the latest Miss Dior Eau De Parfum. I’ve not tried any of the other discontinued Dior perfumes. I had a small bottle of poison perfume, it was too strong for me, it was a gift. It had a green outer case that held the small bottle inside.

I was a student when I first smelled Midnight Poison at a luxury mall, telling myself I'd commemorate my first big job by purchasing it...then it got discontinued before I landed one! 😭The next closest thing is Oil Perfumery's impression of it. Myself and others agree it's pretty accurate, plus the fact it comes in an oil makes it long lasting. Only drawback is their packaging is very minimal...just doesn't evoke "Eva Green" like the original did. 💔

My fave was definitely Midnight Poison. I love patchouli and it was a clean and elegant rose patchouli, almost unisex, a bit dark and mysterious. And I loved the campaign too. You can still find some bottle somewhere, at 300+ euros 😅. I own a pretty decent dupe by a spanish company (Divain) that has a dupe for basically any perfume you can think of 😂

Hello! Sorry that this isn’t Dior based, it was quite a lovely video. I’m an American viewer and just wanted to let you know that a woman at the Guerlain help desk told me Mon Guerlain Intense is discontinued. It isn’t on the American website anymore, but is at some major retailers still. I think they’ll reformulate it and re-release it like they did La Petite Robe Noire Intense (2016).

Dear Soki, countless videos and reviews and comments etc. praising Miss Dior Cherie as if it was once the best perfume in the entire universe but when the world needed her the most she vanished, have made me sooooo curious about what this perfume even smells like as I am obsessed with caramel and I love nearly every dior perfume ever except for Absolutely Blooming because of the raspberry note which smells like old lip gloss to me. Now, you have said that AB has the same DNA as Miss Dior Cherie and that scares me. Do you think I should just go for it and buy the dupe that Eden perfumes created? Or is there a high chance that I won’t like it?

You have to fix your international shipping for $39 on your website to ship to the UNITED STATES. You are missing out on a huge customer base and anyone willing to pay 40$ in shipping when the perfume is 87$ is 🙈!! 🫶

Hi Amanda. Perfume is classed as a hazardous material by shipping firms and as such requires a specific type of shipping method which determines the international shipping cost. It actually costs me more than I charge :)
