Im using Samsung 14 place (19,000) for 2 years . Really very affordable and had no tds test or any but working good in salt water also. Using fortune powder,salt & rinse aid.

Recently I gone through this. No shops check water hardness unless you insist on... either they ask tds to us or just name sake check it but they won't check water hardness. Even in bosch after insisting they checked water hardness with some liquid. Also the strip given with bosch to check water hardness shows 4 red indication for us which says highest hardness but they checked and told its not an issue. In summer water will be hard only. Is this OK. After I asked to change mode several times they changed to h5 in salt settings. Is this OK or do I need to change to H7. If strip indicates 4 red marks bosch is ok?

I see red rust kind of spot on steel utensil after wash, do u know what is causing this, I use Finish quantum tablet and salt & pre rinse liquid, I see few people asked it by so clear answer is given in internet

its a rust only due to utensil not a dishwasher safe, kindly use dishwasher safe otherwise it will make a hole on ur utensils

They are probably referring to the crevices within the double walled doors.....im guessing they are double walled since i dont have a machine either and am just planning to pick one up now. Hence the viewing of all these videos. What makes it all the more confusing is that all these people have an opinion of their own on each brand etc. Hear say. They haven't owned all 5 machines to tell us real facts in real life. All assimilated knowledge. Have to make content that runs for 5 mins at least right. So now every housewife who doesnt know what phase and neutral and earth is, has become an expert on machines. Freaking doomsday times.

Samsungs are horrible. Even their inverter AC's. Just unreliable and keep on failing. Thats why not even one unit is being sold on amazon. They are absent there.
