I think armor explosion is an all-rounder cz that extra armor dmg is so op even if you have it equipped on your smg or auto rifle . every bullet does 15% extra dmg . correct me if im wrong

It’s definitely great for any build, but for a sniper build you can’t really use increase tenacity, because you need to hit enemy 3 times for full dmg, but with increase con and armor explosive it’s better. But your not wrong!

yess svd is good but I wouldnt choose it over the pp-19 but you could def go with svd+pp+ gunshield so use svd for mid to far range

I believe callous precient is better, maybe saves you a couple shots if your armor is alrdy high but enabled mecha is basically just saving you by one bullet xd
