Porsche knows how to play their fanboys like a fiddle and you can't really blame them. Why not make thousands on options that are standard in Corollas if the sheep will pay??? Kudos to Volkswagen's marketing team!

Love your videos! Regarding the keyless go, personally I’m not a fan, since here in the UK these systems have led to a spike in car thefts as the thieves can enhance the touch signal from the door handle to your key in the house. So I don’t have it, but I also hate having to take the key out of my pocket and turn it in the ignition. I understand the whole Porsche Le Mans link as the rationale as to why they keep this, but really it’s a pain when (almost?) every other car maker now has push button start!

I would really love to see the face of a Porsche sales guy, if one would order the most basic, cheapest version. And than ask for a lease. They would never get rid of the car later, but they cannot refuse it.

Agree , my '19 KIA Stinger GT1 offers both CarPlay and Android Auto and Smart Key entry AND cost $55K less. No it's not a Porsche and will never cost me to maintain what my 87 944 Turbo did.

Glad to see your back. Seems your lighting is not the same. Like when you’re going over the options, you were much lighter than your background. Also while driving we could hardly see the road bc inside the car was dark. The lighting was unbalanced. Your content is top notch as always though.

Keyless Go (Mercedes speak) is a bit of a mixed bag. My daily driver E-classe has it ($900 option if I recall correctly), and now that the car is out of warranty only one of the doors still unlocks correctly at close proximity. Ridiculously expensive to repair, I just live with it.

I owned the 2018 Macan -the AWD system is terrible. Presets to like 20/80 rear.. so in snow you'll slide like a mofo and cannot change it. Will auto adjust for like 10 seconds then goes back. Death trap in Colorado

@@tony9554 I've driven alfas (156, 147, 159) up until 2010 and never had issues, only changed what needs to be changed over time, services. After 2010 I went to BMW and Mercedes and drove it up until 2019 and wasted tons of money on big failures. My friend had Panamera, it is crazy how expensive that shit is to run. As for stelvio quadrifolio, it is Ferrari engine, car is proven to be awesome and reliable. I my self own 280HP 2.0T 2019 Stelvio and for 22000km never had any issue but I know people with 200-300k Gulias and Stelvios with no issues, only common services. It is a myth my friend, old models might be less reliable although I did not experience it for 5 years owning, but those are people who buy used alfa that was not maintained properly. Myth my friend. I am not saying Alfa is better than Porcsche, they do not compare, but Stelvio is better than Macan, if you can swallow interior difference. For me personally that is an issue only for spoiled, I jumped into stelvio from BMW 7 2016 and my stelvio has leather all over so it is not night and day

The keyless entry system will never be standard (at least here in Germany), as there have been numerous reports about cars that were stolen with that technique by Hackers/carthiefes. Even the Autoclubs warned the people. Therefore many customers have bad feelings regarding keyless entry systems. Even Porsche sates on their website that, allthough they are doing their very best to avoid theft, you can never be sure about modern Hackers being clever enough to use the keyless entry system for abuse. So your demand is not very reasonable.
