I love Shake shack! Their Shack stack burger is a combo of Cheeseburger and Shroom burger. Must try joint from the US. Their burgers are a bit pricey but worth all the hype. The other joints that you covered are meh... I would try the local authentic food and not just streetside food joints and desi food.

Yes,i forgot abt manakkesh,in different toppings, zattar,cheeze,labne, labneh+honey called bulbul,usually served breakfast or late evening snack. U should definitely try zattar, labneh with honey too good.

For your kind info dubai Or emirati cuisine is mostly consisting different types of breads goat, sheep and camel meat it also has dates in dessert. Apart from this emirati cuisine is too sweet, bland for indian taste pallets. And being frank most of the cuisine and joints are dominantly indian, pakistani Chinese and Lebanese.Dubai is cosmopolitan country it has ppl of different religion and region hence Arabic food is less available.
