How to get rid of nasolabial fold by massage method from Japan and Korea.
Nasolabial folds are the deep wrinkles or lines that form from the bottom of the nose to the corners of the mouth.
These folds also tend to deepen with age. Some people develop wrinkles next to the nasolabial folds,
which may be more visible during smiling. These sometimes called smile lines or laugh lines.
The muscles in the cheeks have no bones to support. Therefore easily sagging.
Facial muscle exercise stimulates the veins.
It improves blood circulation, reduces deep wrinkles.
Strengthen the muscles around the cheeks to tighten.
Let's get started.
Step 1
Start by applying the cream you have first.
Place your hand in a triangle in the center of your face.
Massage out the sides and rub it into your neck, do this 5 times.
Step 2
Use your fingers in gentle circular motions on the wings of the nose and up and down. Do this 3 times.
Step 3
Place your fingers on the cheekbones to lift up.
Another finger squeezes the nasolabial fold to stimulate blood flow.
Increase muscle strength and squeeze it upward and do this 3 times.
Do the other side as well.
Step 4
If you have a deep nasolabial fold, external massage is not enough.
You also need to massage from the inside. By washing your hands first.
Put your thumb inward and into your mouth, slowly massaging from top to bottom.
Do the other side as well.
Or use a toothbrush to gently massage the inside up and down.
You can do this during brushing. Do it every morning and before bed.
It will help reduce the folds around the nose.
Step 5
Pinch along the nasolabial fold to stimulate blood flow for 20 seconds.
Finished; always do it once a day and check the results for 1 month.
More importantly, get enough rest and eat nutritious food.
Applying sunscreen before leaving the house as well.

guys i know how to fix it, just take your index fingers, and put them under your nostrils, on your philtrum and smile. If your nose is still getting bigger when u smile, then press harder (nose shouldn't move)
