I will always be a sucker for Cyclops builds, my favorite is probably Cyclops Firefly Tess. Cyclops can counter most flankers, Firefly locks down the rangers, and Tess makes mincemeat of rushers. Not only that, but all three have rather insane DPS and extremely well-suited passives that work in a deathball. Cyclops boosts both tess and firefly to full movement aiming, Tess grants her teammates extra firerate and damage reduction, and Firefly, with all this team support and damage reduction, is free to basically go on a rampage, landing one kill spirals into a 50% damage AND firerate buff for everyone that stacks on top of both Tess ball AND scan, which ends up being like an 80% damage buff and a 75% firerate one, which is more than +150% extra DPS for each team member JUST for starting to succeed in a fight. The weakness? All players have to be locked in. Miss an opportunity, lose a player to an unattended flank, can't ball a ramsay or shenji in time, Blizzard pops out and guns your tess before Firefly can react, and it starts to crumble. As a team, not only my favorite, but one of the HARDEST to take on in a direct confrontation. But individually, each has holes in their playstyles and can be countered, especially by the same heroes. Cyclops beats Tess, Tess beats Firefly, Firefly beats Cyclops. (in Medium long range combat, I know a firefly can easily take on a tess, given the range).
