Hi. This was really helpful to listen to and watch. You need to be paid for this. I subbed just for that topnotch helpful info. Im planning to buy a good Bluetooth scanner for diagnosing non start issues. I'd also like to check fuel pressure and have some bidirectional features mainly related to the engine bay. Will the vgate or xtool ad20 suffice?

@@iamcarhacker would a scanner like this xtool u suggested be able to check fuel pump duty cycle values? And test/check injectors?

@@nabeeljacksonrhoda6480 It depends lot on a car on which values it is able to display, so to make sure you can message xTool and ask directly about your car model, they will tell you if that is possible for your vehicle

@@iamcarhacker I've actually purchased the xtool Ad20. Let's see how far I can push my luck to access the modules because im no diagnostics expert and new to this but I'm enjoying the troubleshooting and diagnostics as I've managed to get it from a non starter with a damaged engine harness and faulty sensors to a very strong cranking engine now which tends to crank for long or multiple times before it starts. It doesn't cut out once it starts and minor hesitation. So I'm interested to see how far I can push my amateur skills with this device as I've been using a simple elm obd scanner from viecar all along

If you cannot see inside car scanner app (with correct connection profile set) than elm cannot display it for your model

Obdlink is fastest elm327 adapter but still elm with limited fubctionality...cannot scan codes, data, bidirectional tests. + Other advanced functions thinkdiag can do

I mean its fine, I did coding with even cheaper adapters and never did damage but if someone wants to have safest option possible i list obdlink...but you will be fine with this one just keep an eye on battery voltage when coding
