Love your videos. Super helpful and informative. I have a question for you. Regarding EIDL, if my kids were being paid through my LLC for jobs they were assisting with, are they considered "employees?"

Hi Mark, Thanks for all you do! If I already always max out my FICA with my W2 job, but want to run a single member LLC as my side hustle --I will NOT HAVE TO PAY the dreaded 12.6% SE tax on side income/as SE was satisfied by my W2 job maxing out--is that correct Sir? Looking at your paralegal formation of a SMLLC option in February or March. Any thoughts? thx Rich

Only problem is California charges $800 a year for LLCs, every year, forever until you dissolve it, even if it doesn’t make a penny. Not a big deal if you’re doing $100k a year, but pretty shitty if it’s $8000 a year.
