INGREDIENTS:
1. Potato
2. Peas
3. Groundnut
4. Green Chily
5. Dry Red chily
6. Dates
7. Turmeric powder
8. Salt
9. Oil
10. Coriander leaves
METHOD OF COOKING
1. Wash potato and boil whole it with skin, peel skin, keep aside
2. Roast groundnuts, remove skin, keep aside.
3. Boil peas for few minutes, remove it keep in cold water for some time.
4. Soak the dry red chilly in hot water for 10 mts.
5. Dry dates: soak in hot water for 1 hr and use it. Fresh dates: Extract dates pulp after boiling it.
