Best Ever Crispy Baked Chicken Wings - How to Perfectly Bake Crispy Wings in the Oven

These oven baked chicken wings are so crispy, they taste just like deep fried chicken wings. This chicken wings recipe is the best way to perfectly bake crispy chicken wings in the oven. The spices i used on these wings are out of this world flavorful.
INGREDIENTS
3 lbs chicken wings
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chilli powder
2 Tbs Brown sugar
2 Tbs baking powder
salt and pepper to your taste ( i used just about 1 and 1/2 tsp salt and a little over 1/4 tsp black pepper )
Bake in the oven at 425F for a total of 50 to 55 mins

I didn’t have a baking rack so I just put cooking spray on aluminum foil and turned them over same amount of time on recipe. I will definitely invest in buying a baking rack though. They came out perfect even without baking rack! They were such a hit, family wanted them for dinner next day too!!!!

At 55 minutes mine would have been completely overcooked. I think you have to go by the size of your winglets until the internal temperature is 165 mine only went for 25 mins

I dont recommend the 425F unless you have an internal oven temp thingy to ensure its strictly this. Not sure if my oven went above this temp but mine turned black at 40min. I would suggest doing 15min each side first, then another 10.
