Ive never tried getting wild mushrooms...mainly be coz I don't know the edible from the Poisonous ones!!.... We just usually buy from groceries the Dried ones!! Sad! But I love eating it....its soooo full of nutrients, anti oxidants, anti cancer, boast immune, good for blood circulations, anti aging etc etc!!. Wish the new generations will appreciate and begin eating healthy foods rather then junk fast foods !! Your health is at stake guys!!

these are not wild ones, these are one of the most expensive mushrooms in india and the tastiest one. Without fertlizer or GMO, you can never beat the flavor this mushroom comes packed with!!

it's good to see such a beautiful village. but you must leave the Roots of the mushrooms which are the seeds. don't pluck the mushrooms fully. cut at the stem. and your dish looks so delicious.

I know this dish is from Kolkata in India, believe me guys it is very very delicious and yummy, the same fish also they will cook using pumpkin leaves like in this video show that mushroom has covered in leaves , guys whoever wanna try to cook this dish please make a note that oil is very important.try once you really like it.
