In the past I have used radish sprouts which brings a zesty heat to compliment the lime. I will also look out for that coconut yogurt too. The only improvement would be the ability to grow all these ingredients. It looks totally delicious James.

Hey John, thanks for the feedback, really appreciated. The radishes is a great idea, would have a similar taste profile. Definitely trying that next💡

Hi James. Coconut yoghurt is delicious. I use it since I gone dairy free so nearly 2 months. This recipe looks really good and defo will try it out. Where I can get these crest stems though? Hope all is well 🙂

@@gosiawalczak495 hey Gosia, I’m good thanks, hopefully you’re well too! Good luck on your dairy free journey. The watercress can be bought in any retailer in the salad section. John Hurds is a good brand, just google it. Great for salads but use the stems for this

Looks great, however, I'm not sure I can get water crest stems in Poland, but will try.

Watercress should be available across Europe but done some research and it can be found in western & southern parts of Poland. It’s a wild plant found by fresh water streams/ rivers. It’s not essential so you can easily leave out for a traditional recipe

@@HappyHungryHibby Thank you. I found the Polish name for it, it is "rzezucha", a familiar name so I hope I will be able to find it. BTW could you suggest the usage of the Tzatkiki?

@@voice4voicelessKrzysiekglad you’ve found the terminology, as there are so many different names for this. It’s often used as a dip or a side salad sauce. It’s great in a wrap with salad with some form of protein or roasted veg. It’s very Greek, so I’m sure you will find lots recipes on google
