The Tudor Prince Date-Day actually came into production in 1969 which used steel case and a ETA movement as a affordable answer to Rolex's Day-Date.

Actually, the 72600 has had a long run in the Asian market and is still available new from some Hong Kong dealers. Your measurements are inaccurate - it is about 11. mm thich and 12.3 mm including the cyclope.

Welp... you learn something everyday. Thank you for sharing that information. I measured with my calipers but I might have had it wrong. I also learned to wipe off the crystals before filming; this video did not age well... cheers
