I’m so so thankful to you, Bob. I’ve recovered from L4L5 bulging disc injury after doing your Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced exercises. I followed your advice to do the exercises consistently. I did the exercises twice a day and within 3 months, I recovered. God bless you!

Were you in complete rest for those 3 months of exercises ?
@jennlee334Ай бұрын
@@kulwindersingh8257 I did the exercises as shown in Bob’s KZbin videos. He has beginner, intermediate & advanced exercises. I also went for physiotherapy treatments that used electrical machine to treat the painful areas. Also bone broth & whey protein. In my opinion, consistently doing the exercises benefitted the most.

Hello, It could be very helpful to describe what each one of these excersises is doing to your disc and surrounding anatomical structures, and not only say do this excersise for that many repetitions. Because there are excersises that help with mobility, some can stimulate outer portion of annulus fibrosus to repair, some can help n. ishiadicus to glide more freely,.some help streghtening back muscles ect. But it would be nice to explain to patients so they know why are they doing certain excersises.
@bobthephysio2 ай бұрын
What you asking for doesn’t not exists !! We don’t claim what exercises does why to the disc !! The point of doing exercise is to keep u moving and keep u active !! Movement helps with recovery !! That’s all we can claim !!
@nsulejma2 ай бұрын
@@bobthephysio What you are saying is yes we hope this movement will help you heal and recover. But some movement can cause more harm and delay healing. In medicine every procedure has to be scientifically proven and should be science based and applyed to each patient individually. What helps onenpatient can cause more harm to other. Cheers

Hello Bob. Have you had any luck with thorasic disc herniations recovery?
@bobthephysio2 ай бұрын
I have seen many clients and if I be honest with you, they got back in action with a costumsied plan !! You seems to have no luck !? In my personal opinion, many thoracic disc Herniation happen similarly to lumbar disc Herniation and some people have symptoms and some don’t !! The difference in thoracic is your ribs won’t give you much option for flexion and extension !! That means you can’t move those section as much as you can flex and extend your lumbar spine 😃 let me know if you would like to get a costumsied plan 😀💪 Bob

What will happen with the leaked nucleus from the extruded disc?
@bobthephysio2 ай бұрын
Well I’m most cases if you have a leaked one we call it herniated disc. You will have some symptoms which can be possibly pain, numbness, tingling or sciatica in general in one or both sides. Beside that you may develop More serious symptoms. Red flags !! I hope this helps
