Training doesn't need to be complicated you just pick 2 exercises that give you the best contraction and do those for 3 sets each twice a week For example for chest do one pressing movement of any kind and one fly movement of any kind that's it For back one vertical pull and one horizontal pull you don't need to do a flat bench press then inclined for the upper chest then decline for the lower chest then cable fly then pec deck Just pick 2 go hard on them (each set needs to be between 40-60 seconds) Train each muscle twice a week Keep it simple

Supplement ideas 1. Lemon myrtle - it can potentially be the most anabolic substance there is but it needs research. your team could do something about that. If it works an ayurvedic blend in combination with it could be awsome. 2.Aralia extract- saraspilla is essentially stronger than ginseng. The nannari is not the one with this research but the spikenard. You can see which is better and use that or maybe a blend . A future aralia extract for energy and recovery.

Supplement ideas from best worst : 1 dilucine peptide- as we know eaas are useless but amongst them lucine may have benefits for vegetarian as even with complete protein they don't get enough lucine. And even for non veg based on the amount they may get required 2 gm mut not not the maximum 4 gm. Dilucine outperform lucine. Dilucine to lucine 2:1 ratio is best. 2. Ecdysteroid pro: Don't know about the testosterone effects but they can work on workout performance. Turkesterone is marked but ecdysterone has the actual data and even that is inferior to other such compounds. A proper combination extract with 495 to 1000 gm 4 to 2 times a day is the best way to use it but such a strong supplement does not yet exist. The closest is black forest turkesterone out of India but that is not a proper blend and not in India
