The best physical exfoliant is Gatineau Radiance Enhancing Gommage , used it for years, pop on and once the cream turns watery remove , love it. Also use Dennis gross universal peel pads but would like a cheaper alternative for this

Don’t forget enzymes as exfoliants. Usually very gentle but effective. I use an enzyme cleanser.
