regardless of the CD and SP consumption you will still be needing those AOE in grinding most importantly in ghost ship where there's lot of mobs with a very short respawn time.

I also noticed that luck better than Dex when playing mage, also noticed that some quest are buggy,just change the language into Chinese or Korean and you can proceed, for garmet card other than mastering that harpy also good but need to increase above lv5 or enemy gonna hit you hard, and its hard to get,maybe lategame

Yaaa, Dex can be helpful later on to reduce CT of the AoE skills to 0. But since they’re not spammable(only fire pillar is), in the early game you get more DPS by just doing more dmg by 1 or 2shotting mobs. Ya, with regards to cards there are better options like Marduk card for headwear etc. but these cards are a lot easier to get. Like u said maybe later on in the mid-late game. This wiz was only from a few days of playing the CBT 🙌🏻

Thank you for this, what can you say about the long CD skills like FD with 30secs. Will there be a way to reduce it eventually?

It’s pretty interesting. First time I played an RO game with that long CD. Kinda makes them like Ultimate moves and could be treated as such. So it’s pretty fun. As for CD reduc mechanics, I don’t know if there’d be any. But if there are, they’d certainly be godlike. CDR was extremely important in ROO, but we didn’t have these long cooldowns there. It’d be more so important here if ever

havent played the og ragnarok but does the og have that generic "POWER" level i see in most mobile mmo? also about the equipments, is the og like that too?or like roo? is it farmable or just crafting?

technically Yes, the OG Power Level kinda exists, but it's not displayed. The "power level" in these modern games now are displayed to indicate more or less the progression of a character. Technically in the old games, our characters progress too ya? But it's just not quantified or displayed/indicated as a numerical value. The thing is tho, in the modern Ragnarok games, there's soooooo many ways to increase your Character's stats(and coincidentally, your "power level" as well). Soooooo most people tend to focus more on the "numbers" instead what they actually represent. For equips, so far in the CBT it was very easilly farmed. kinda like ROO but not as difficult. from what we've experienced, theRagnarok is kinda like ROO-LITE version.

its basically og ragnarok graphics except they improved the p2w aspects to it by a ton. In og ragnarok people can still compete to whales as long as they " counter " specific builds whereas in this new game, theres no way you can do that simply because of the power system that has no limit. Its like og ragnarok except there isnt a " max level "

Simply because the former had no power ceiling, while the latter has. Your progress depends entirely on how much you continue to pay and it has no end

the way the bolts here work is the scaling is higher than Soul Strike's BUT Soul Strike has additonal Base dmg added to it. My theory is since it's only early game, our MATK is still very low, the additional base dmg overtakes our matk% based damage on bolts. so later on in late game, our matk will be high enough to overtake the additional base dmg from SoulStrike.
