Excellent food haunting episode at Ampang. Can't help but also to mention that Ampang Park was one of my 1st "shopping complex experiences" in KL. MPH was the bookstore that I LOVE to visit during my childhood whenever there is an opportunity to visit Ampang Park -KL. Also the "Wong Chau Tong - noodles " coupled with fresh kidney ingredients sparked my appetite to the highest degree !!! Yatt Lau - Mou Tak Deng 👌!!! Most - if not all - the food stalls visited by Elmo are really attractive and the color of the food is just nice and appetizing indeed. Great episode and an eye opener at Ampang ( from it's History to it's Food Galore ). Thanks Elmo ...... appreciate your effort here. 👏👏👏👌👌👌

Ampang LRT station is very far, not within walking distance, still need to take Grab. Physically healthy can take the long walk.

@@lhpgeorge Great to know that. I can't with the hot sun not possible. Yes it is at reasonable walking distance for athletes to walk to Foong Foong YTF and Food Court 129 and Sun House Kopitiam is next to 129.

My SOP is to go for Foong Foong Yong Tau Foo and walk over the street for the ABC. It is a matter of extreme convenient. Soo Kee's char siew, would be a good video to film the Indian lady doing the chopping of char siew. The lady boss, once said to me while I was taking photo, "Have you seen an Indian lady chop char siew?" 😊 I also prefer chee cheong fun to be dipped in hot water before/after being chopped or steamed before being chopped. I hate those direct served from the box. It is a matter of taste and sanitation.

Fong Fong YTF still good meh? My last visit, the fish paste already mixed with so much flour. And they can't fry their veg nicely. And want to sell RM2-3 a piece.
