There used to be zunka bhakar Kendra opposite CST where you get best zunka. I m not sure if it's still there. For Iranian restaurants colaba is best place.

I tried Aaram Vada Pav as well as Guru Sind based on your suggestion, both were disappointing, they were like any other places, nothing extraordinary about their food. I tried Pancham Pooriwala as well, that too was disappointing. These places are just hyped and living on past glory, nothing extraordinary about their food
