I have undergone intestine surgery and lost about 15-17 kg weight....and almost lost appetite due to heavy weakness. Therefore, i am in search of an appropriate diet recommendation ... But these are normal standard good recommendations.... Not any use.😢

बार-बार गिरने के कारण मेरा सिर का आपरेशन हुआ है।करीब-करीब मै कोमा में चली गयी थी ।सिर में दो होल करके डाक्टर ने जमा हुआ खून जो पतला था निकाला मै पूछना चाहती हूँ कि मै क्या सावधानियाँ करूँ। मेरी रिक्वरी हो रही थी। पर मैचाहती हूँ कि आप कुछ सलाह दे जो कि सिर के आपरेशन में मुझे लाभ करे।अस्पताल बहुत दूर होने की वजह से मै नहीं जा सकती।क्या खाऊं व सिर को कितने महिने बाद धो सकती हूँ।और किस चीज से धोऊ। धन्यवाद

A 58 years age person(110) has diabetics and due to heavy pressure on foot, a 2 inch width skin swollen and broken and doing day after day the dressing now it becam black bcz i heard that cut the dead part but cut the necrotic black formed flesh at the heel so please guide me through guidance to do proper dressing at home.
