Man I really appreciate you taking the time to make these videos. I'm just getting started in the land clearing work and ran across your channel when I was searching for a fix for a issue I was having with my bobcat. I really like that you think outside the box. Your stuffs more information than most guys on KZbin. I didn't realize you're close to me. I'm down in Concord/Charlotte area.

Thank you for the info on the teeth and grinder. What were you referring to with killing the head on your machine? I just purchased a 299 XE and I have just been letting the head spool down on its own when I stop mulching. It usually takes about a minute for the drum to stop spooling. I have been trying to get in a habit of staying in the machine until it stops for safety reasons.

How many times can you sharpen your head with those 3M sanding disc? I feel like I only get one good sharpening before they start to die off and lose the abrasion
