Also I wanted to say in my experience the Lancome is more glowy and the hourglass is a little less glowy but the thing with the hourglass is the way it smooths.....it is great on wrinkles, spots, pores and I also think as I age I will love this hourglass even more because the amount of smoothing it has is pretty amazing!!!! It's gonna be a fave for more mature skin types I can definitely tell u that

Since I love the original Lancôme, I , of course, jumped on the new one. I LOVE THEM BOTH!!! I haven’t tried the hourglass, I am older (61) so will get the hourglass next time. Thank you, this was very helpful! Hourglass for the win! To me, fragrance is a big deal. So if two foundations are both great, and one is fragrance free, the choice is made. The fact that the one from Hourglass is cruelty free and the Lâncome isn't, makes an easy choice even easier.

So it will be interesting to see what I think of it. I’m filming it today with a bunch of other stuff. Your review is amazing. Love the Lancome. I've been wearing the Hourglass foundation for a couple of weeks and love it. I was thinking what you verbalized, that the Hourglass side on you looks smoother. I am going to give Lancome another try. I have 2 shades ordered. My shade #1 choice was terrible. Today Sephora has the Lancome foundation at 20% off. That's the only reason I ordered a third shade. They both seem to be really good new foundations, but Hourglass is the better of the two in my opinion.

Risa I am so excited to try both of these foundations out that I tried going to Sephora today but they didn't have either one of these at the MN Sephora I go to. I think we are a little behind. I was able to pick up the Pat Mcgrath mini Midnight voyage pallete & mini divine rose lip trio so was excited about that. I have never tried these products. I would ❤️ to see you do a video of these and see eyeshadow look . Your eye looks are always stunning.

Risa, This is hands down the BEST comparison video I have watched comparing the new Hourglass Foundation and the new Lancôme Foundation! Both are beautiful but I do agree with you that the Hourglass does look so beautiful throughout the entire day and makes the skin look so beautiful! I have been wearing Estee Lauder Perfectionist (discontinued), but they have one that took its place. Somebody asked me what foundation I wear and how good it looks. Although I use a ton of products before bed, like my own facial and concentrate on skincare a lot. Also prep before applying. It takes me 5 minutes and it is a habit now. In other words skincare first is going to be a plus on how it applies. Also drinking water. For me, it's a task getting enough water, but I make it happen as good as I possibly can.

The Lancôme is my new absolute favorite foundation (310N). It has such a silky texture and it lasts all day on my skin. I decided to purchase this instead of Hourglass because I was very unsure about choosing a shade from the brand. FYI: I have dry skin

So what's very interesting to me was I watched a tutorial on the hourglass foundation and this person has very dry and sensitive skin and they felt the SAME way as you (clearly she didn't do a side by side video but still same point) so that just makes me want to get that foundation ever more! My skin can be very dry (always sensitive) and sometimes a little oily. I do not buy high end foundation (or really any high end makeup really) but this one might be a rule breaker!

Fyi-I am hooked on kbeaury Jung Saem Mool Masterclass foundation. It does all the things anyone wants in a foundation: Take along;comp;act; comes with refills; radiant but not too glory: texturizes; lasts a long time; leaves face feeling like no o-makeup but is medium-to-full coverage. I’m 72 but I am still a makeup junkie and am told I look much younger, which makes this foundation wonderful

Hi there! I’ve tried BOTH as well: Lancôme WON hands down! ❤️ BTW, the Lancôme wears MUCH longer and my skin looks flawless. Interesting: the Hourglass did NOT last as long, nor look nearly as flawless as the new Lancôme did. Also, when you were applied it, instantly the Lancôme looked awesome on you… Love your channel!!!

I wore the lancome care & glow and I have combination skin. It didn't last all day at all and I had to exchange it for the original Lancome Teint Idole 24 hour foundation which I love! It does last all day!

Love your reviews. Def want to try the Hourglass. One request: can you maybe face the camera full-forward rather than favoring the one side, in this case the Lancome? It was just the way you were holding the camera but being that you're letting us compare one half of your face to the other, I'd love to see both halves equally. TY!

Until I get a chance to try Lancome (Hourglass is too cakey and dry for Arizona) I truly enjoy and believe there is no other better foundation for a mature dry skin in dry weather than Estee Lauder Futurist (Regenerist and Perfectionist are amazing too). The next choice is MAC Face and body (discontinued-I believe).

I'm very oily in t zone area. I may give the Hour Glass a try. Usually liquid gets greasy on me so I use more of a cream foundation or powder foundation. I'm in Florida. I am going to try this instead of Gucci Powder Foundation. I use NJC for my pressed and loose powder. It's da bomb on oily skin. And the Matte Primer too.

Im IN LOVE wIth the Hourglass foundation! Ive been hesitant on buying the Lancome as I have the original, and NEVER liked it, its sitting in my vanity and never gets used the formula is just bad, it breaks apart and emphasizes any texture.... So I think ill stick with the Hourglass...
