Many of these restaurants are seasonal; however, the Causeway is open all year! Another reason it is the best.

The best place to dig clams is at sewer plants yes sewer plants. Remember clams thrive on sewage actually people that buy at fish markets have kno clue were clams come from rhode Island clams from Narragansett bay near a sewage treatment plant are the MOST tastiest in new England ive sold to Ipswich. All over new England .

Had no idea. I know flounder & lobster are bottom feeders; should have know this about clams. Its ok, we will all eventually die from something and besides they taste so good.

And also when they filet cod fish on process boats huge boat the add bleach to rid the blood on the fish. And bay scallops well theirs a chemical they add to blow them up to a sea scallop. And also some fish markets use the cheeks of scate fish to get a sea scallop

@@rcarraturo skate fish? Watever they are they taste amazing! But I would rather just eat skate wings for skate wings,and not be fooled into thinking they are scallops. But then again I know better.Thanks to my lobsterman family tribe Downeast Jonesport Maine❤️❤️❤️

All these restaurants are Fantastic! Love the Causeway. Essex Sea Food had a fire, I hope they reopen. For the pure clam experience J.T. Farnham,s is the best but the parking is a bear. Woodman's great clams and the outside seating is superb. I will also add that the Woodman's staff is really excellent. You will not be disappointed with any of the restaurants she mentioned. Many a day it just came down to who had the shortest line for my choice of restaurant. Good job Mam.

Causeway is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 love me some Woodmans even though it’s pretty much a tourist trap but not a bad one👍🏾 always good to stop on the way back from Cranes beach👍🏾 N of course love Essex seafood n LOVE that they are also in Ocala FL as well❤️❤️❤️ Lenas in Salisbury beach also has a sister restaurant in Ocala Florida FYI👍🏾 Love the clickbait,hook line n sinker real estate pitch
