+SilverWolfKitten The chinese he uses is not very complicated. 火花 can be literally translated to fire flower, but in this case it is better interpreted as "passionate flames/love" 慢延 is to describe that the love he has it is like an "infection" that is slowly seeping into him. 除了你谁都不爱 this simply means other than you I love no one else. etc I can go on, but my point is aside from a few instances everything is a literal translation. In terms of complexity it is not even very good, Jason just translated word for word (almost) from english to chinese. In a literal sense it is a translation, but usually when you do that especially for songs, you lose a lot of meaning.

well here's the thing, 好朋友 is actually not accurate, because it means a good friend or very good friend. Best friend is slightly different, you can literally translate it to: 最好的朋友 or 最要好的朋友。But the more correct way is 挚友 which literally means your loved friend, alternatively you can translate it to 密友 which means secret and friend respectively. But what 密友 implies is a person you can entrust your secrets to, which usually only best friends have that type of trust and relationship. But yes it is odd he doesn't translate Best Friend to chinese, which leads me to think, he probably didn't do it because that line is iconic in the song, so he left it as is. :p sorry for the long winded text wall.
