I'm in New Zealand. We are on national shutdown for four weeks... where you live is where you stay.. We have been told it will get worse before it gets better. Our supermarkets are open and essential services.. we are living like we have it so we can stay safe and get rid of it... Take care guys... Less contact means less chance.

The entire state of California has been put in a "shelter in place" directive. You are only supposed to leave the house for work or necessities (like groceries, which can be in short supply). Our governor has told us that the likelihood is that schools are out for the year. Read what infectious disease specialists and epidemiologists are saying. Look at Italy's progression, read what is happening there, because we may just be a few weeks behind. It is troubling to see the spring break crowds on some of the beaches in Florida. We need to all be prepared. Love your vlogs! Thank you for sharing your lives with us, and for modeling responsible social distancing.

Yes! My friend who works at Safeway said that she was given a letter stating that she is reporting for work just in case she happens to get pulled over by police... I feel I still see so many cars out right now especially at Dutch Bros, Starbs and fast food places. Costco, Target, Walmart, Safeway and Trader Joe's are all emptied out and passing by, the parking lots are always packed regardless of the time of day. I work for the high school district in my area and the students were originally going to be returning back to school April 7th but now they extended it until the Fall.

Of course everybody is talking about it though.. it’s kind of hard not to when NOBODY is allowed to work, unless it’s an essential job. When NO children are allowed to school. When NOBODY is allowed in groups larger than 10 people at a single time. Businesses are all closed, school is closed, there’s no food on shelves, there’s no toilet paper anywhere. It’s effecting all of our lives, kinda hard not to talk about it especially when your whole life is on KZbin daily. Anyways, I guess that’s at least how it is here in Upstate New York where I live. Shops aren't closing so there is no need for panic buying! Even if a lock down was to happen supermarket's won't close, Spain is currently on lockdown and supermarkets are still open. In CO, governor is keeping us out until April 17th but I think it will be longer. We are working from home, kids will do distant learning. They all have Chromebooks which makes it easier. You didn't go off the deep end and shopping. I did! Two people living in a house and I started going to the store everyday to grab water and food. Then don't forget the Costco and Sam's runs. I'm the panic shopper with OCD. I usually get like this just before a blizzard is about to it. I would guess it's like planning for your hurricanes. Stay well, stay healthy.
