If it was made into a show it would have the same problem as The Cuphead Show: there's nothing to actually make into a show anymore. Pizza Tower already has a story and an ending, if it was made into a show I feel like there'd probably be a lot of filler.

So, examining the shot with Peppino, we see that Pepperman, Vigilante, and Pizzahead got their asses beat, with the Pizzeria itself thrashed (presumably from Peppino throwing them around), and Noise about to join them. However! Gustavo, Brick, Noisette and Goopino are unharmed. Considering how much chaos is going on, Peppino must have had to go out of his way to make sure they're safe, while he beats the shit out of everyone else. Wholesome stuff! (R.I.P. Noise.)
