हुटीन किनले और चेंन्ग ये तीनों पुलिस ऑफिसर जो बेस्ट फ्रेन्ड भी है वह हाॅन्गकाॅन्ग मे ड्रग स्मगलर के खिलाफ मुहीम शुरू करते है। मगर ड्रग लाॅर्ड लुकास को पकडने के वक्त उनकी दोस्ती दांव पे लग जाती है।
