If it wasn’t for the holidays making my budget tight, I’d race out to get one at my local GameStop now! That being said, Chris’s reaction was genuinely awesome! That’s super awesome of you and Heather to do that for him. While I love my Analogue Pocket, I don’t love the D-Pad on that. The Chromatic looks like a blend of the GBC and GBA SP D-Pad combined, and I’m all about that! Can’t wait to see more Chromatic content on the channel man!

Once the company works on the updates, bells and whistles I might buy one but my original Gameboy from release day is still working strong and is very responsive. I took good care of my handheld and there are no scratches on it. It is very clean on the outside and inside.

@RetroWolf_YT I take good care of all my consoles and handhelds, I have all of the major ones from Atari, Sega, PlayStation, Nintendo and Microsoft. On top of that I have 3 kids who are less than 5 years old. It is a challenge but it is possible to take good care of your gaming stuff with kids in the house.

I’m getting the inferno with dragonyhm!! I have a lot of gb and gbc games from over the years since I was a kid, can’t wait to play them on it! If you plug it into a USB-C charger, it will run on USB with or without batteries too (USB-C won’t charge AA rechargeable batteries).

Just make an FPGBC. Less than 100 this is like analogue territory with that 200+ and doesn’t include the rechargeable battery. With the battery it’s pocket price without the GBA and rom loading.
