hello sir maine ye laptop buy kiya hai reliance digital se at v3s mall. ye same model lekin rtx 3050 liya hai maine. sir mera question ye tha ki jab mai game install karta hu install hote he jaise game auto launch hota hai game too laptop kabhi kabhi off he ho jata hai mtlb ki shut down bhi nhi aata sab system windows sab kuch off ho jata hai jab mai game install karta hu too or game launch hota hai without pluging the charger to laptop. jab charger laga kar chalata hu too game chal jata hai lekin jab game without charger chalata hu too unexpected off ho jata hai bina shut down logo lagae. so sir ye technically koi system fault hai yai koi reason hai unexpected off hone ka

Bhai personal experience hai mera... I have been an old user since 2015.. Asus k laptops mein aaj tak mujhe service issues toh nahi mila.. yeh customer care area wise matter karta hai.. staff kaisa hai etc.. in Guwahati I have never faced any issues

Bhaiya Maine 4 Nov ko flipkart se asus tuf f15 rtx 3050 order kiya tha delivery ho gaya phir jab maine usko charger lagake on kiya yo delha ki screen bleeding issue hai phur usmein widnows expired tha aur gpu on nhi ho raha tha aap ye maan ke chali usko pahle kisine use kiya tha aur wahan likha bhi tha ki windows 11 activated in 30 august 2024... Phur maine Flipkart mein replacement ke loye complaint kiya unhone 16 tak ka date diya phir usko 22 tak extend kiya aur 18 ko unhone mujhe auss ke service centre se connect marwaya aur kaha ki ek tech visit hoga aur wo aapka DOA certificate approve karenge tab hum replacement karnege to last friday ko aaya tha technician aur usne kaha ki DOA certificate sirf physical damage ke liye banta hai aur physical damage sirf ek hi hai screen bleeding aur wo ek paper pe sogn karwa ke chala gaya aur kaha ki monday ko upload kar dunga sare files 2 din mein ban jaega DOA kyuki sat aur sunday off rehta hai aur saturday ko Flipkart ne call kiya aur kaha ki abhi hum apne end se case resolve pe daal rahe hain jab DOA aa jae to aap humein wapis contact karenge to hum case reopen kar denge
