BEST GARLIC PEELING TECHNIQUE IN EXISTENCE (probably)

Everyone has a garlic peeling technique, some work pretty well.
Mine has two distinct advantages:
- almost no direct handling of the peeled garlic = less oil on hands and under fingernails, less smell later, less skin irritation
- extremely fast and efficient with nothing but a knife required.
Garlic is easy to peel so eat it more often
and gain the benefits such as:
anti-viral
anti-bacterial
anti-cancer
anti-inflammatory
aides digestion
super yummy!
