@@OppaiLover69 if I recall correctly a lot of it was budget, apparently at the time it was the most expensive show on Nickelodeon, in part due to the 3D animation scenes since it was new tech and expensive Someone asked them if they thought the show would’ve faired better on Cartoon Network because it’s risqué content and dark themes would’ve been a better fit and they agreed that viewership may have been better there

M.r Absol Yes it's Celtic, and I tried to make the music as unintrusive as possible at the time I edited this, but I was working on Microsoft Movie Maker, not the greatest of editing tools. I realize not everyone enjoys the music, and I won't be making that mistake again.

well then, i understand that. movie maker is quite difficult to use, but you can edit it the video setting to "preference: audio" which makes the music quieter. i think.

The 61 people who downvoted are right, because we all liked Invader Zim before it was cool, and hipsters started liking it. Also most of us non-Hot Topic shoppers hate the commercialization of G.I.R. because there are many characters funnier than him. Finally because of the majority of fans I can't tell people I like the show because they will think im a goth and emo. Fans have flanderized the show over the years from a Sci-Fi Comedy with some dark humor to Goth/Emo show.

@TheOmuur You'd see GIR's true colors in the Episode "Gir Goes Crazy and Stuff". That's how he actually is as a SIR unit without the errors that cause him to turn teal and be happy. Trust me, I couldn't believe it either. Look it up, he said that, or at least something to that effect: that GIR hates life and wants to die. And it's "idol"... The context of Invader Zim is very dark, so it's saddening, but not too shocking (for me, at least) that GIR is actually so angry at life despite the "WEEE!"
