This is really great. Cows are getting nice care. info at 0:30 and 1:25 talks really great of you. Wish you more success. - What is your take on Ahimsa and what do you do when the cow gets and cannot give milk any more. - What do you do when a cow gives birth to male calf. AFAIK, in both above cases most dairies "sell" cows :-( Looking forwards to hear your practices. I am looing for ahimsa brand, and hence explictly asking this question.

Two heart warming scenes were the mother and calf at 1:25 and the other was the open grazing in the opening scene. A cow tending to her calf is so spiritually moving to us Indians. I hope the calves are really allowed to suckle.

Yes they are making ghee from cream not from curd that's why they are not showing it, they also supply chaach in Surat, which means they are not using curd to ghee method of bilona paddati.

Hi, Yes it's true for most of the milking machines, but the machine that we use is specially design to make sure that it even softer than human hands so that it doesn't hurt our Gir Cows and does not forcefully milk the cows. We make sure that cows are not harmed at all, no matter in any steps of the process.
