I have a technique to learn my little team not to send internal e-mail. It's like you say a risk they get stucked with e-mail all day long. So what I do, which I have learned from a Swedish business woman, is that I reply in the chat if they send me an e-mail. I don't mention the e-mail, I just reply. And then the conversation is transferred to the chat. 😀 And we have finally started to use Asana for tasks. No more tasks in the e-mail. 👍

I have been talking to somebody in California on Google Chat when they message me it shows the same time I have in North Carolina. Shouldn't it show their time in California when they message me?
