Okay, I didn't know you could use the thigh to score a goal :| Regarding to moving feet, it is allowed to move the "back" foot, only the pivot foot must maintain constant contact to the ground. The Baillarina (the 360º turn) requires the tip of the foot, since it never loses contact from the ground it is legal.

And the follwoing is just a TIP, I don't want to blame you if you are not english: the correct word would be penalties, not penaltys( you should write every y-ending word like this: comedy/comedies). ***** yeah I understand, and I know that women handball is a lot different, but still. When I was a lot younger, I sucked at handball, so I made a lot of mistakes. When I was getting older, I realised what I actually did wrong, and I tried to get better by not making a lot of mistakes anymore. My boyfriend himself is also a goalkeeper with handball, and when I can, I watch a match, and I do see there's a lot different. Guys are just a lot stronger, no matter how hard women train. Sorry, I wasn't trying to be mean or anything, and I feel super stupid now I read it over again and read your comments, because it acutally makes a lot of sense. Sorry, again. Have a nice day :)
