I just when on one and if you go on deck 12 forward by the elevators and see three pictures on the wall the middle one to the right you will see a eyeball if you have the royal Caribbean app he was talking about find the eyeball in the bottom right corner press on it aim it at the eyeball sign on the wall and after a second the middle picture will go thru the walls and show you the captains bridge (also do this in the middle of the day it works better and once the picture starts moving aim your electronic at the picture it cool I tried it myself)

You Must know that the employees at the Vitality Spa,and the non doctor that treats emergencies etc.. ARE NOT DOCTORS!! They are employees of Steiner Management,who does a 4 day training, then these same people give injections, and tell you they are Medical Doctors!! I couldn't believe my eyes. Staph in the spa too. Be careful!

The Abyss on the Symphony was my worst cruise experience ever! I got leaning too far and tore all the skin off my forearm. It was a long time before that healed. It is a great concept but I would never ride it again. Outside of that though, Oasis class ships are the best!

Going on Harmony to Cococay, San Juan and St. Kitts, at the end of May super excited until then I’ll be watching royal Caribbean blog, going on Majesty of the Seas to Cozumel and Costa Maya. And Rhapsody of the seas to Belize, Honduras, Cozumel and Costa Maya in March. I’m 12 is there any way for me to go the the wings without going through the solarium, even without my parents. I know that I could walk through and eat in the Brilliance windjammer, but I couldn’t go into Oasis’s because I was at that time 5 years to young.

having worked at a water park the absolute FASTEST way down ANY water slide is to press down with your heals and shoulders to lift the rest of your body off the slide. So ONLY your heals and shoulder blades are touching in a arch position. The brand/material of the swimsuit matters HUGE if you are sitting so a speedo may not be best been there done that.

PLEASE READ THIS We have sailed on the Allure,Harmony, and Oasis,in the last 5 years. RC was our new all time favorite company,with what we thought were the best of the best,top of the line. Fast forward to last month,we were on the Harmony from Sunday to Sunday,leaving from Cape Canaveral. BEWARE, they do not employ Medically trained Medical Doctors!! Sounds unbelievable, but true. Royal Caribbean uses a subcontractor called Steiner Management, based in Coral Gables, Florida. Several sub names,Steiner Leisure,One Spa World, MediSpa. Are you sitting down? The spa doctor,and doctor who treats staff and passengers, ARE NOT MD'S!!! MediSpa puts all their employees through a 4 day course, in Miami. Maritime laws allow this to happen. So whatever you do DO NOT GO TO THE SPA(vitality spa)or the Doctor onboard, unless you have a true need,where they can call in real doctors. I was floored when I learned this,and couldn't believe what I was hearing. If your like me,and don't believe it, research it. I did learn that Norwegian and a few others ONLY employ Board Certified Medical Doctors! Staph and MRSA were rampant in the spa,and passengers were injected with Botox,and other's, by a man who falsely claims he's a medical doctor! He had 4 days of training, 2 years ago. He even offers coolsculpting! Unbelievable! Unless you have small children, and a extra $100 per person,Dont waste your time or money at Cocoa Cay/Bahamas. It's a few slides with 2 hour wait,and small waterpark. Covered chairs are $1,500!!! Should be included in cost,but isn't. Internet went out mid week,no refunds. I was so mad. Brittany is 3rd in command, so ask for her if a billing error. She only sets appointments. NEW policy. ALL ROOM SERVICE now has a $7.95 service fee( plus tip ) So if you order only coffee, your still charged the fee.(and a 45-1 hour wait) We traveled a full day,in very bad weather down to Honduras.We get there,and the captain announced, the waves are high,and other ships were not able to dock, because of weather. Everyone said,the captain with stay longer in Costa Maya or make it up,but nope,nothing. We arrived in Costa Maya at 8am,and had to leave at 2pm. Couldn't even take the excursions, because it was such a short time at port. I remember being in awe with the shows,and fun on ship activities,this was a real disappointment to us. Good luck!

Great tips, thanks! Pro-tip: the absolute fastest way to go down a water slide is on skin. Therefore, cross your ankles, cross your arms across your chest, and arch your back to lift your (hopefully fabric-covered) butt into the air!

Princess's doesn't (or at least didn't on the cruise I was on) - the only way you know if you have a new message is if you open the webpage & log into your inbox - which IMHO makes the service next to useless. It'd be nice to go to the pool bar or relax on our balcony or whatever waiting for the phone to ding letting me know the shop-a-holic is done checking out the stores on the ship and is ready to meet up for dinner rather than having to check the phone every 10min to see if there is a new message...

@@cwilliam495 We had a Cardiac Episode on Liberty of the Seas in 2019. The Ships Dr was IMPECCABLE! My aunt fell ill 12 or so hours prior to disembarkation. We arrived in the Med Area and the ship's Dr stabilized my aunt for the 12 remaining hrs we had before porting & kept her comfortable as possible. She (Ship's Dr) was Proficient, Kind and Very THOROUGH in providing the necessary Medical Attention before organizing a transport to Cardiac ICU via PreAdmission from the ship to UTMB (Galveston). EMT Services literally boarded the ship as soon we Ported (about 5 AM) and took her via ambulance to the Hospital. I was very impressed and so deeply grateful. We had insurance directly through the ship, which was also IMPECCABLE and a Flawless Process! They Covered her Full 7 Days in ICU & Provided a Travel Nurse that Transported her Home (Air Travel) and straight to her door! JUST WOW! They really made a very difficult situation more manageable, relieved me of much of the stress and burden, and provided all the guidance that I needed to support her. The only issue was RC charging us thousands of $ for those hours in Ship's ICU. However, after about a month or so of going back and forth, it was finally resolved with a Zero Balance. :D It was the first time that I had every purchased insurance on a cruise. Now, I never book without it!

cococay can dock 2 ships at a time, so even if you are on a smaller ship, you could dock with harmony (or another oasis class ship). The island is supposed to be designed to comfortably fit the passengers of 2 ships, and from what I have heard... this is actually a true statement. If you are very ambitious, you can look at *all* of the cruises going to cococay in your sailing window and see which 2 ships will be at cococay on the same days (or possibly only 1 ship) to give a better idea of what the crowds will be if you sail on those days. Of course... cruise ports are always subject to change, so no promises.
