Amazing vid, I felt the balance of a head stand almost immediately when you taught it within the first few minutes. But I'm wondering if I should be concerned about breaking my neck.
@HeNeedsSomeChocАй бұрын
If you can hold a headstand position then that's an indicator that your neck can support your bodyweight

I've been headspinning for almost 3 years now, with good taps and speed. Then I tried practicing variations for almost 2 years but 0 progress. Until I realize after watching this video that I've been focusing too much on speed, not form. Thanks for the tutorial bro this is one of the best ones. Looking forward to more great contents, keep it up Coach Sambo!

Another solid tutorial bro! Because of you I'm back to training power again 😎. I'm kinda confused on the taps though. So I tap, then twist legs separately? Or when I tap, my legs naturally automatically follow my upper body? Also definitely make a vid on how many times to train for power and maintain the power you do have while training for others 😎

Legs and torso are 1 NO TWISTS NEVER UNTILL FULL CONTROL !
@_sacapuntas_86122 жыл бұрын
Basically the only thing moving when you are tapping is your upper body, lock your lower body open your legs in a straddle and stay still

how many months does it take to learn headspin, if you practice for half an hour every day?
@CoachSambo Жыл бұрын
Depends on natural ability, previous habits and consistency. I’ve seen students really stay at the same level for years and other students pick it up in under 2 months... hard to say

What about the legs how do you use them?
@CoachSambo5 жыл бұрын
DFex da InFaMous That depends on the variation... If you can spin no handed in the open position try and go for a slomo headspin or pull them in until you can drill. I think these might be the first to learn. I will definitely make new tutorials on headspin ASAP.

@domafronoy20044 жыл бұрын
@@Enzo-wx3vw ive been doing it for almost a month already but 2 times a week only. Cause thats my day off, so 6 days in total. I can do 40-50 small slow taps, and 10-15 fast taps. Also doing flares and windmills at the same time, flares 3+, windmills 5+. How bout u bro, i wanna know?
@Enzo-wx3vw4 жыл бұрын
@@domafronoy2004 that's dope bro. Its the 3rd month of me breakin so no power moves only basic footwork,top rock and freezes. And I just started learning headspin today. And I'm also doing some calisthenics and gymnastics workout and its helping me to gain control.

If I wear 2 beanies at a time will there still be a chance of hair/head damage? I really don’t want to have a bald spot lol
@CoachSambo Жыл бұрын
I don’t know bro, I have the idea that even people that just do headstands with thin hair get bold really fast... It depends on you hair type, how often you practice head-spins and what type of floor and gear you use. I don’t have any type of bold spot from head-spins even tho I did them often without any typeof padding
@angrynooblets34 Жыл бұрын
@@CoachSamboalright sounds good imma start using 2 beanies lol and I practice on a wooden vinyl floor, so it’s pretty smooth
