Depends on ones perspective. Sadly, mobile phone is riddled with p2w games. It is not just the case with this particular game. Secondly, boogeyman explicitly explained it is better to spend and play wisely. It costs a lot of money if you spend on every hero.

I think these are the top 3 players. Hokage and Pooh from ROK are not far behind. They are equally strong or close to as strong as the top 3 players. All 3 have strong heroes, it is just a difference of who has the strongest armament between the 3.
