Harley is my main hero since the mage meta where you can jungle almost all the mages. Having this great inventor revamped skin is so nice. The effects are perfectly fit specially the timer clock. My street rank is currently sitting at top 6 world rank. (Ph). My advise to people facing tanky heroes, the glowing wand and divine glave are good combination to deal damage with them.

@@shaikhayesha1060 You need to revised your build in that case. Divine Glaive and Genius Wand is your friend then, add Holy Crystal. Take advantage of your passive, he could still deal some decent damage if you focus attacking the enemy hero after throwing all your skill. You can try it as an experiment in practice and you'll see the result.

Tip for newbies when using harley, if the enemy team buys athena, oracle, radiant or any magic def item, just do the holy calamity item combo (calamity reaper + holy crystal = higher true damage) Note: True damage cannot be countered with any item.

1:46 i think joystick position is like fixed controls center makes it stay still while tap position makes it move whenever your pressing the joystick When no target is around i think what it does is that it cancel the skill cast if theres no enemys i think this is a gift for spam skill players.

Hello! Harley main here Enemy using Radiant Armour? Build Holy Crystal, the scary part of the item is the magic power reduction. You have enough magic pen with genius wand, emblem points, and pen shoes for it. Enemy using Athena's Shield? Divine Glaive. You should see why. Sometimes people get Aegis for Harley, so prioritize buying antiheal after the first item. Always assume the game could go till late game, buy Clock of Destiny as the first item. *Never* waste your second skill for the combo. If you can, only ever use it AFTER the combo. It's literally the only reason you can outplay heroes, don't waste it on a kill.

Harley's been my main *(but only senior top harley)* and its really good for solos since u can just poke the enemy, push and assassinate enemies easily. with no tank to protect you can easily escape with his 2nd too. He's basically the *best hero* to win solo rank. However it also depends on ur team if they slack off its gunna be tough

FYI. If you are squishy, Athena is the counter item for harley not radiant armor. This is based from experience and i already tried it in practice mode using 2 phones experimenting counter builds. You still die if you use radiant armor while you will live if you use athena shield. This is because of the extra shield passive of athena. If you are tanky, then that is the time you use Radiant Armor. Well, it is best to use both but only tank and fighter heroes do that.

Harley is quite squishy too, might be careful of heroes who have multiple dash or a dash that can equal/chase harley. For example Sun, Sun Skill 3 has also range plus his s2

the best build for harley is using calamity reaper and shadow twinblade. after using ult just do basic attack to burst the enemy. the advantage of using this build is you don't have to rely heavily on 1st skill to burst down enemy, and this build also a great counter for radiant armor
