Best HHO Production with Toroid Transformer and WFC

So what happens when you use a standard step-down Toroidal transformer as as step-up transformer in conjunction with the WFC? Magic... But not optimal magic. I've purchased a few Toroid transformers to experiment with and the results are surprising.
In this instance, the Toroid transformer is wired in reverse to step up 24 volts to over 230 volts. The transformer bifilar secondary windings are connected as center tap (no ground), producing simultaneous positive and negative pulses during each input pulse.
Again, waveform is not optimal here but voltage across the cell is at its highest level yet, as well as gas production. Total power consumed is still double what traditional DC electrolysis is. That means that my setup is 1/2 as efficient as the present state-of-the-art technology.
