I remember staying the night in St. George when I was a little kid going on the family vacation to Colorado, we stayed at the only hotel in town and ate at the only diner and I’ll look how grown up this area is. Great job and great video.

St. George has gotten real expensive for housing. I used to live there in the early 90's and brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath housed were going starting at $64,000.

Love St.George. I started vacationing there years ago. I should have invested in real estate then. Prices have gotten crazy.

Ummm yeah I am pretty sure the only reason you're "passionate" about real estate is because it's the only profession where any dummy can watch 120 hours of video then proceed to demand what a Dr makes. 6 % of a home sale for doing absolutely nothing I can't do on the internet should be a crime. Oh and btw the first time buyer incentive program you mentioned is as per the usual only aimed at low income people. Not every first time home buyer qualifies
