(What health benefits have you noticed and how long have you been using it?) A while ago I bought the materials to make one for my bed - but but but - Procrastination has set in.🤣 Plus I can not make up my mind on where to ground it/3rd floor Condo. Have thought about the Ground in a wall socket, water pipe, and perhaps a vacant optical phone/cable wall socket and snake it through a bedroom window it a good ground to to the earth(although this way would be exposed to pranksters' etc). Love to hear your take on the benefits - and what brand you purchased. Many thanks

@@ethimself5064 I have a grounding blanket for my bed which is grounded to an outside grounding rod and wired through my window. And my den kitchen and office I have grounding mats which are grounded through my home. Health benefits have been deeper sleep longer rest dermatitis eczema gone no dandruff gone. Aches and pains have gotten more manageable though not totally gone. I have also noticed let's bring fog and peace of mind. Could this all be placebo? Who knows but it works for me. I have been grounding for about 3 months.

They look winky, but they're quite sturdy. I have to say though that British plugs win the prize for being the most robust. I laugh when I see an American plug now, which is what I grew up with...

@@ScottiesTech The worst thing about the 2 pin plugs is after extended use they start to feel loose and that simply never happens with ye olde 3 pin design! Three pin should be the universal plug imho, so much more secure.
