Hey TechMeOut, I went on this 10 Cleanse, in J.J.Smiths book 10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse. 1 time she pointed out in her book is to use frozen fruits so the mixture is not watered down when the ice melts. I a defiantly going to do this cleanse again along with drinking ginger, lemon, mint and cucumber infused water. I am 294lbs now. With that cleanse and infused water I cam from 310lbs, and have been able to maintain my weight loss just by eating right. i do pain on taking things up a notch this yr.

I love this review. You are so laid back : ) In the UK we are just getting the Nutribullet Balance and I couldn't decide whether to get it, but your review was so honest. TechMeOut - I didn't see that it calculated your random smoothie. Did I just miss it? That's what I really was hoping for that it would calculate the ingredients as you go, telling you the total amount of carbs for each item and tallying them to see the total amounts in the whole smoothie.
