you didn't give much detail about why the Marantz AV 10 won for "Best High-End AV Processor". Audioholics did a much more thorough analysis of the Marantz AV 10 vs. Anthem AVM 90 and they chose Anthem AVM 90 over the AV 10 in their Product of the Year Awards for 2023. With AV 10 receiving the Runner-Up Award. Unless you have some insight on why you like the AV 10 better, I think the Anthem seems to offer the better sound quality although with less features than the AV 10.
