Where in Tahoe do you set up? I'll be there this coming summer and would love to check it out. Honestly, I'm wanting to do the same thing here in Illinois. Have my menu and food costs already, just gotta pull the trigger.

Do you know the origin of your avocados? The creamier, the better… Avocados shouldnt be that hard to cut. But some varieties from some regions, are as this one you showed. I ask you because i live on the tropics and know about. If you put creamy variety of avocado there, i swear you will have extra sales.
