After 30 years of golfing. 10 of which I've been mad at the game and just not enjoying it at all. But I must say that these videos and you Erik have ignited the fire again. I got the bug and I found the love for golf again. The love I felt in the 90s when I started playing is finally back. Really happy you got here ... I used to holiday at The Machrie Hotel as a kid ... 30 years ago (in the cottages you see at the RHS of the final drone shot). This was (is) a very special place and I am very happy about the favorable review. (Your idea of a week playing golf, eating soup and then playing some more golf is pretty accurate BTW ... I did this when I was 15 ... often past 10:30pm). I am desperate to get back and play the redesign ... as DJ Russell is highly accomplished. Hopefully someday soon. P.S. The old logo was just as good :-).

Stayed there last year while working on the island, the hotel and restaurant are amazing. Unfortunately only manged to hit balls on the range and the short game area out front, though will be back for a round on the course.

Erik, as cool as ever. as ever. Drone footage - breathtaking. Stewart? Where the hell was Stewart.? Unfortunately this set of videos paled in comparison to the the unofficial, official tour of Scotland. None of the camaraderie, energy and joy of those films. And, dare I say it you playing partner was nothing more than window dressing. This video says it all. English owners, Irish pro and a “club” for tourists not for locals. All in all a corporate video. Bring back Stewart, Colt and Galloway!
