nice hotel crap service - breakfast staff refused to make fresh egg on request & refused to hand out fresh banh my on request , check in supervisor Trung advised me to ring the sales agent for my complaint- to sum up 5 star hotel with 0 star service - avoid it & go next door to the Regent

@@CC-kl4nh agree with you the staff at IC Phu Quoc are not well trained to look after the guest who paid top dollar to stay at an international chain hotel . It is seemed that the IC Phu Quoc management does not care about the guest's opinion or feedback .During our stay at IC Phu Quoc we have never seen the face of the senior managers whereas at IC Da Nang or Banyan Tree Lang Co the managers were present at the breakfast room every morning without failed
