Some friendly feedback: 1. There are plenty of reviews of this joint and other similar ones in Bangalore from locals and from North Indians who can barely tell idlis and dosas apart. The way to differentiate yourself is to utilize your extensive experience with these items in the Telugu states to compare and contrast with how they do things over there in Karnataka. Would you say Brahmin's fare is superior to your favorite tiffin places back home? If yes, why? 2. The music you are using as filler during the pauses in the commentary is mixed way too loud compared to your voice. I am constantly adjusting the volume dial to prevent eardrum harm. Please look into it.

Already many self serving hotels charge 22₹ for 2 Idlis. Coffee ₹12 only in small cup in small hotels. Regular moderate hotels also ₹25. So not very costly. ₹18 for Idly is normal.

Udipi hotels anevi entha famous world wide. They are from Udipi Brahmins alage MTR, Adiga group of hotels anni world famous.
