Melatonin doesn't help anymore and I've tried many brands. I'm now taking Ashwaganda, organic. This takes 1-2 hours to make me sleeply but that's fine. Sometimes I forget to take it at the right time and take it later but that's okay too. If I wake up between 3-6am, I can fall back to sleep with no problem, plus I do get much better sleep.

I used to only get eyelash serum with prostaglandins but after awhile I was noticing a big fat loss around my eyes! I was always looking so tired and old and then I read that prostaglandins can do this. I quit using the products with this ingredients, and I am now seeing my fat starting to return very slowly. I guess I would rather have short lashes than look tired and old!

Love this Melissa! You know what helped me (and still does) to sleep? Magnesium oil on the bottom of my feet before I go to bed and magnesium glycinate gummy before I go to sleep. About an hour before bed I also drink "sleepy time" tea. I think it has chamomile in it...super helpful! Full night sleep again... finally! I tried melatonin for a while, but felt groggy in the a.m.. As usual, I'm writing down several of your suggestions. I'm waiting to receive the oil pulling products and teeth whitening strips you just recommended too! xoxox Maria

I also love the YSL mascara, def not an everyday mascara. Been enjoying the Better than Sex brown, surprised because I hated the black so much I threw it away. One recent purchase I am loving is the MUFE HD face palette. So great for travel, can be used as foundation, concealer, contour, bronzer, blush even shadow. Its amazing, well worth the price. Also the Dibs bronzer/blush stick, so nice and travel friendly.

I really love the elf halo glow that’s touted as a dupe for the Charlotte Tilbury. I will say though that I don’t use it all over under my foundation…I just place it strategically and blend my foundation into those areas last. Love your channel.😊

I love a good manual face exfoliant. Hard to find the perfect texture. Many are too abrasive. Others have hardly any particles. So the Beauty of Josean sounds just right. My favorite April find is the Sephora Collection Gemstone eyeshadow palette in Pearl. I LOVE it! I have purchased so many neutral eyeshadow palettes and disappointed with the mix of warm and cool shades that I can only wear half the options. I can wear some warm, but definitely prefer cool. The Sephora Pearl is absolutely perfect and the formula is amazing and so affordable. I reach for it all the time and hope they never discontinue it. In fact I have to force myself to reach for the prior purchases, some higher end like Smashbox and Too Faced, to at least use up the shades I do like.

Hi Melissa I got a bunch of samples of complexion products to try re shade match and performance on my ultra pale cool toned super dry mature rosacea and eczema prone skin ( so many issues 😂😂😂). I found something I love more than I have loved anything in such a long time (despite having some really high end good foundations) - the ilia serum tint in the dropper bottle. It’s light coverage but it’s so juicy and plump on my skin that it’s truly dewy on me. That’s really unusual as my skin normally eats every vestige of moisture from my foundation despite all the skincare underneath. Green colour corrector underneath and some concealer where needed and it’s really beautiful all day. It’s not a new product but it’s new to me (recently available in space nk in Edinburgh). It’s made me curious about their other complexion products 😂. Best wishes xx

Hi Melissa, my functional doctor told me Fibromyalgia is inflammation in the body. What caused inflammation, sugar, glutens, processed foods, seed oils. I have an autoimmune that's how I learned that.

Taking magnesium citrate has been a game changer for me as far as helping me sleep because I also suffer with chronic pain and magnesium and melatonin are the best for me. I hope you give magnesium a try.

I haven’t tried any other J Beauty or K Beauty yet. I am loving my BOJ products they absolutely blow everything western brand I have ever tried out of the water! I can feel and see the difference immediately and I am convinced that if I’m diligent and consistent the cosmetic results I’m seeing will become long term results. I also love it because it suits my budget perfectly Having said that, I am going to look into another brand to substitute the oil cleanser. Due to BOJ not adding fragrances to their products I find it hard to use the oil cleanser. I have to hold my breath 😂😂😂 I had hoped to become accustomed to the scent but since I’m halfway through the bottle I don’t think that will happen 😢 I love everything else about the cleansing oil I just struggle with the smell. And every other BOJ product I have is perfect and I have no issues with them not being fragranced. From my understanding, watching multiple channels, BOJ is both one of the best J Beauty products and is perfect for westerners just beginning to switch to the Asian beauty market. But as our understanding of the products and their nuances it then becomes easier to transition into other more “sophisticated” (for want of a better word) K Beauty products. The major downside of that would be the impact on my budget. So I’m swinging between thinking “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” and “but if I think BOJ is perfect, how much better will the other brands be?” And like a kid in a lolly shop I’m tempted to rush and try them all!! 😂😂😂 If you’re using BOJ and you try some by mi could you let me know what you think? Also for reference I’m 57 and moving from super oily skin thanks to menopause, to normal skin oily T zone.

It might just be the way you worded this but to me it’s reading like, because you have an aversion to description boxes (for whatever bizarre reason) you expect Melissa to take time out of her day, her often very difficult day, to be your personal shopper??!!! How utterly rude!
